| Hi, My name is Chuckie! My birthdate is 10/17/2007 and I am just a young fellow learning to live the pampered life. You see, I was a "yard dog" for the first two years of my life and had no idea just how great things could be. I had another 4-legged friend to keep me company, but it just isn't the same as living inside with your people. I have now learned that I really like this new life. I am happy and affectionate, but still need to be exposed to all the new things out in the big world. You see, I didn't get to travel much either. My world was very, very small. I need a home where my person will be patient and understanding with my left-over fears. It would really help to have a doggie brother or sister for me to learn from. It's my confidence that still needs work. I am OK with all people, adults and children, as long as they are not loud and rush up to pet me. I still find that a bit scary. Foster mom says I am a "soft" dog. Hmmmm. . .does that mean fluffy? Cause I am that too! As you can see from the picture of me and the black kitty, feline critters are OK. That kitty is even acting like he kind of likes me! I am up-to-date on my vaccines, neutered, heartworm negative, housetrained, crate-trained and microchipped. I am just lying here on the air conditioning vent waiting for someone to discover me and make me theirs!!! Please come see me soon!
