| Hi, My name is Myka! Hi, my name is Mycka. I
was born around 12/1/2004, so I'm just a young girl. I'm very
sweet and love to play with toys and balls. I also love to be pet
and have my tummy rubbed. I'll just lay there as long as you keep
scritching. I've been in a family with another dog, cats, and
children. I'm very, very gentle when I take treats from your hand.
I'm crate-trained, housebroken,
spayed, up-to-date on all my vaccines, heartworm negative, and
microchipped. I'm ready to go!!
Now you're probably wondering
why I'm in rescue if I'm such a perfect dog. That's a fair
question and I'll try to answer it for you. I was turned into
rescue when I was a puppy and adopted by the family I've been living
with until just recently. They had a 6 foot stockade fence in
their backyard so I couldn't jump it (I jump the baby gates here at my
foster home), but when left to my own devices and getting bored in the
back yard, I DUG my way out. I guess I did this trick one too
many times and when the sheltered called to let them know I was picked
up again, they told them just to keep me! Wow, I had no idea I
was doing such a bad thing 'cause I was having so much fun while I was
doing it.
I need a home with a 6 foot
fence in the back yard. And since I don't want to end up in
rescue again, I would like someone to play with me when I'm
outside. When you're gone, you probably better leave me indoors,
or I may try to dig out and find you! If you need to be gone for
several hours, I'm perfectly content to nap in a crate until you
return. Foster mom asked me to tell you one more thing about me -
I like to be the alpha dog. Foster mom says I'm dominant and need
the right companion. Course I'd be perfectly happy being your
ONLY dog too!!

bossy female! I'll be waiting . . . . . . .
