| Hi, My name is Nickie! I am so sad right now. You see, my owner was an older lady just like me, but her health isn't as good as mine. She had to go to a place where there is someone to help her. I had to go to a new place too - rescue!! I am very glad these people were here to take me out of the shelter where I was taken, but I want my own home again. I love having someone by my side to pet me on the head and rub my ears. It is so soothing and I miss it terribly. I promise to be a very good girl and not cause you any trouble. I am housebroken and crate-trained. I'll sleep by your bed and not make a sound. Just please, please, please let me spend my last years in the comfort and security of a loving home like I had before. Foster mom wants to talk to you now - Nickie is a sweet girl and wraps her paws around your heart very quickly. She is 12 years old but is in excellent health. She had a dental cleaning and her teeth are in good shape. Her joints did not show any problems on manipulation. She is agile and gets around quickly, including climbing stairs. Nickie is a very easy dog to have around. Please contact KLU if you would like to help Nickie enjoy her senior years.
