| Hi, My name is Silver!
I'm a sweet, shy, female
keeshond. I came from a puppymill so my foster mom isn't exactly sure
how old I am. She thinks I'm about 3 years old because I have pretty
white teeth and I'm full of energy. It was so scary the first time I
went to live indoors in my new foster home. Things you might take for
granted like a ceiling fan or overhead lighting were frightening to me.
It took me a little while to get the courage to walk through the
doors of my foster home. But now that I've been here a few weeks,
things aren't as scary as they first seemed to be. I get to sleep
in the bedroom, in my crate, with my foster parents and the other dogs
that live here. My foster mom says I'm a real smart girl because in all
the time I've been here I have never had an accident in the house. She
also thinks I would do best in a quiet home with people who would be
caring and patient with a shy girl like me. In the evenings, I like to
sit and cuddle on my foster mom's or dad's lap. I am up-to-date on my
vaccinations and spayed. I've also been checked for heartworms and
that test came out negative. Yeah!
